We designed a personality test that helped Android users find the perfect home screen for them.
On launch day alone, the test was up-voted to the front page of Reddit and drove nearly 900,000 downloads.
People simply tapped their favorite donuts, designs, and unicorn balloons.
Once they finished, test-takers received a custom home screen setup to their taste, and they could preview it right on their phone.
Then, to showcase the fun of customization at SXSW, we built the myAndroid Truck:
An interactive truck with over 70,000 LEDS, powered by 12 miles of wiring, and a control panel that let people customize it in real time.
